Tracey is creative, thoughtful and cares deeply about the relationships she has with the children in her care. She feels happiest when the classroom/environment is humming with happy, healthy, connected children, engaged in play and learning, like bees in a hive. She loves seeing a doubtful child finally try something, only to learn they can actually do it. Their surprise, sense of pride, and smile of achievement never gets old. She has been part of the Styles Street family since 2014.
